As a starting point, I will explore with you what you want to achieve. I’ll work with you to define your ultimate goal, and I’ll ask why – a lot!  After that, I will discuss the how and the when of your project or problem with you. This part is generally a bit more straightforward. That’s it: the same principles apply no matter how big or small your company or the size of problem/opportunity.

You may be looking to re-structure and need to make redundancies or deal with performance concerns. You may have recently carried out redundancy consultations and, out of the blue, have received an appeal.  You have no idea as to why - what do you do now?


Have you just received a grievance which you haven't a clue how to handle, or do you think you have a disciplinary situation on your hands? Perhaps you have received a sick note stating the reason for absence is ''work related stress"? Maybe you had no idea there was a problem, never mind how to now deal with it! What do you do now?
